Crashes constantly and no proper notifications since 3 years

The current version crashes constantly, at least every time you send a message. Its utterly unusable this way. Not acceptable for an "enterprise" application.
Notification behavior has always been horrible and is brushed off since 3 years with "thats the best possible with iOS limitations". Apparently Slack, WhatsApp and even Skype can do it quite well on iOS. Its just bad design on Atlassians part. Nothing else.
