This is what my company pays thousands of dollars a month for?

You get a badge notification but once you open the app you have absolutely no way of knowing who tried to contact you. This is a very basic functionality that they utterly fail at.

Also, you cant change your availability status from the app?! Only from desktop or browser. So if you forgot to change your status when you step away from your computer all your colleagues have a mistaken understanding of your actual availability, leading to misunderstandings and lost productivity.

These are just two issues that drive me crazy.

The purpose of this app is communication, collaboration, and productivity, and this app fails at all those objectives. I dont even think it even improves on the 30-year old text message.
