If it fails to connect for network issues you are kicked out to a sign in screen and must manually reenter all creds, they are never saved and you cant use finger print.

Just doesnt work. Try to use it and it just hangs on "Loading Messages" forever. Absolutely no value as it doesnt even function as a decent simple chat client.

If you want an app that makes you look like an idiot this is the one. You will get the joy of seeing messages from ten minutes ago populate above your response after sending your message. You will also get the joy of frequent outages, alerts that sometimes show up and sometimes dont. You will sometimes have important messages and an app that is telling you you have no new messages until you enter the room and check. It is bad enough that IRC was proposed as a possibly viable replacement for non technically inclined employees. Slack is twice as expensive, but it works, unlike hipchat

This is a common complaint, but get the notifications right Atlassian. Users will receive lock screen push notifications for messages, but when you act on it you do not see what room or individual messaged you. This is beyond frustrating for large organizations and teams. This is a long running issue and I rarely leave App Store reviews but this is absurd. Slack gets it right, so can HipChat. Please work on this.

Doesnt load messages. Doesnt send push notifications. Doesnt update message threads.

The main annoyance with the IOS client has finally been fixed.

It is inexcusable that, Slack, Facebook Messenger, and Skype all support quick reply while Hipchat does not. Why should I have to actually open the app to reply to a message when iOS 9?

Just crashes when I launch the app. Please fix!
